Aspen Navarro
Ms. Navarro is a recognized leader in community science and watershed management. As Deputy Director of Watershed Services at The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment, she oversees the award-winning Texas Stream Team program, based in San Marcos, TX. In this role, she leads program research, development, and partnerships, successfully securing and managing grant funding to address statewide water quality challenges. Her work focuses on filling critical gaps in professional water quality monitoring by empowering communities through science and collaboration.
