Christopher E Orozco-Gonzalez
Dr. Christopher E. Orozco González is a distinguished Puerto Rican academic specializing in public health, environmental health, environmental sciences, and ecology. He earned his bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Cayey campus, setting the stage for his interest in community health and environmental issues. Continuing at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences campus, he obtained a master's in Public Health, engaging in research and community projects. His Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Ana G. Méndez University, Gurabo campus, focused on ecosystem services evaluation via bioindicators. Currently a professor at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, he mentors students in research and critical thinking, complemented by his role as a microbiology lab instructor at Ana G. Méndez University, Gurabo campus. Dr. Orozco González's international presentations underscore his commitment to global environmental and public health challenges.
